RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days of package being delivered.  NO refunds will be given.  All merchandise returned must be in original condition, unworn, along with all tags attached.  Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you.  Please use the carrier of your choice, and we highly recommend obtaining tracking on your package that you are returning.  ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.  We have the right to reject any merchandise returned to us for said reasons listed above.  If you receive incorrect merchandise, or a defective item, please contact us immediately.  All claims must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.  We will not accept defective claims on worn or washed items.

We do not provide international delivery at this time.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

How do I track my order?

 

You will be sent an email with tracking information at the time your package ships.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All packages will be sent using USPS.  Flat rate shipping of $5.95 on all purchases.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from your order.  If you have made a mistake with sizing, and would like to change the size, then feel free to contact us via email at info@yellesboutique.com.
